Here at LincWeb Design, we like to put our customers first. That's why we've made the following promises to you. They might seem insignificant now, but should you ever need to rely on them, you'll be grateful you chose LincWeb!

Data Security

We know how important data is to our clients. Nothing's more annoying than having lots of data stored on your website and then finding out the server has crashed and all your work is gone. We've tried our best to find the most reliable web hosts in the country, and while we can offer a 99.9% uptime guarantee, we like to take the "belt and braces" approach with your data. As well as the regular backups performed by our server provider, LincWeb also perform a backup of your website (including its database and content) every week (ordinarily on a Friday evening). The backup data is stored on 1TB SATA Hard Disk Drives which are stored off-premises for absolute security. We hold each backup for a period of 2 months (8 weeks) so whether you need to restore your site to an older version, or to restore the whole site you can be sure that we've got you covered!

Privacy Policy

We've all had those annoying cold calls from unscrupulous companies trying to gain information about our business, or sell us some unnecessary product or service. We often wonder from where these companies obtain our details, and nine times out of ten they've obtained them from a similarly unscrupulous marketing company or other Internet agency who sell customers' details. Here at LincWeb we promise that we will never sell your contact information to outside agencies. We also guarentee that we will only keep your information for as long as is absolutely necessary.
