Our Content Management System
We understand that our clients don’t want to spend hours of their precious time updating their company website. When we first founded the company, our remit was to provide a no-nonsense approach to web design and management. That’s why we set about developing our very own content management system so we could be sure to provide the features our clients needed, and get rid of everything else they didn’t.
Coded entirely in object-oriented PHP, our CMS is as quick as anything. We also build the system with scalability in mind so regardless of your business or website size, you can be sure that it will deliver exactly what you need. We know that just like the organisations behind them, all websites are different, so we made our Content Management System modular. This ensures that we can install only the parts of our system that your site requires, so there’s no unnecessary functionality to slow down the process.
We’re currently working on making a sample system available for potential clients, but in the meantime here’s a list of some of the components and modules available for the CMS:
- Manage pages and menu links
- Portfolio management (add projects, categories, etc.)
- Blog software (create posts, categories, archives, tags and the usual blog features)
- Manage products and categories
- Customer management (address, contact details, orders)
- Order reporting (sales, profit / loss)
- Advertising (manage site adverts, placement and order)
- User management and permissions
We’re always busy adding new modules that we think might be of use to our clients. Some of the modules we’re currently working hard on are:
- Forum management
- Task lists and organiser features
- Message facilities (for large scale, collaborative websites)
We can also add new features and modules to the system to meet specific requirements, so if you want to know how we can help you out, let us know by getting in touch. We’re quite proud of how the CMS looks, too - here are a few screenshots of the system in action so you can get a feel of how it might work for you:
